As a Business Development Representative, my main priority is assisting the campaign managers in facilitating the sales and marketing collateral for our clients and partnerships. Business development, in our eyes, is about understanding people. It’s about building awareness of how our clients' products and services can improve their everyday lives. Our priority here is giving our consumers the best communication methods they can get with our services and a smooth sales process.
Main Objectives of a Business Development Representative:
- Create ongoing business relationships with our customers to build trust and transparency.
- Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Participation in customer service, sales, and business management meetings to prepare for client and consumer interactions
- Establishing, positioning, and identifying our target audience through leads provided by the customer service support center
- Learn training techniques to make promotions and sales more seamless
