Our Entry Level Assistant Manager will assist our marketing team with running strategic campaigns for our brand partners. We work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to national-level brands, helping them achieve their marketing goals and brand initiatives. The Entry Level Assistant Manager's main responsibility would be using our established marketing techniques, assisting in marketing campaigns, and making sure our clients are at the forefront of their respective industries.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to engage with them on new services and promotions our clients offer.
- Stay current on market and territory trends to inform the sales and marketing team regularly of new strategies and opportunities in the local area.
- Process internal marketing requests to support the sales team and generate company revenue.
- Contributing to the daily growth and development of our company and marketing team
- Attend daily and weekly meetings to enhance skills in the marketing, customer service, and sales department
- Obtain leadership skills to be able to manage and streamline a team of adaptable individuals maintaining company standards and values
Requirements of the Entry Level Assistant Manager:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service, marketing, sales, or similar role is preferred
- 2-4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Effective and efficient execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-confident and outgoing personality.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box.
- Creative mindset.
- Knowledge of multiple social media outlets to increase the visibility of the organization
