Entry Level Sales Manager

Our entry-level Sales Managers use their organization, communication, and project management skills to impact our communities meaningfully. The Sales Manager plays an integral role on the team and supports the entire firm by organizing, executing, and tracking marketing-related projects, acting as the team's point of contact for others, and providing hands-on support to the Marketing team.
As an Entry Level Sales Manager You Will Be:
- Reporting directly with the Director of Marketing and Sales and the rest of the Marketing team to accomplish goals and priorities
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase sales margins
- Serving as the main point of contact for our clients and marketing team
- Leading marketing and sales meetings
- Presenting marketing initiative results and plans to marketing and sales management regularly
- Maintaining and building outside relationships with clients
Requirements for the Entry Level Sales Manager:
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Retail, Sales, Promotions, Branding, Communications, or a similar role
- Professional, service-oriented, and assertive
- Flexible and succeeds in an environment in which priorities can quickly shift
- Excels in a high-volume work environment
- Positive can-do attitude and a great team player
